No returns accepted, you can exchange hair within 7 business days pending the following guidelines: products must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags + packaging must be included and attached. We must receive a valid email noting why you want to exchange.

We offer worldwide shipping. Approximate processing time is 24-48 hours. Please allow 7-10 business days for customized orders. You will receive shipping confirmation that order has been shipped.
